Garden Rose prices are subject to change without notice due to unpredictible weather/growing conditions.  All prices are exclusive of VAT.  VAT will be charged at the current rate of 20%.  All prices are in £ Sterling.

Quality claims must be made to Usk Valley Roses Ltd within eight hours of receiving the order and must be accompanied by a photograph/s.

No credit/refund will be issued without photos of Roses and/or of the box/packaging.

Usk Valley Roses Ltd will not honour product claims made after the eight hour window.  We can not be held responsible for Roses after this time as we can not guarantee the conditions that the Roses are kept in.

Shipping costs will not be deducted/refunded.  Usk Valley Roses Ltd will not issue credit/refunds if any of the following conditions are included; Saturday deliveries, damage due to weather conditions during shipment, signature waiver as requested by the customer.

Orders that are collected, or delivered by us in person (not via courier/post) are approved at the point of collection or drop off.  Any claims for quality must be made at the time of collection or drop off.

For the benefit of photography, most floral illustrations shown are photographed in full bloom - we aim, where possible, to supply flowers in bud so they remain at their best for the longest time possible – it is important to bear this in mind when deciding on your delivery date. Advice is always available, so please always contact us if you are unsure. Please note, our advice is only our opinion and there are many other factors that will determine how quickly cut flowers open, for example, how they are conditioned on receipt, what temperature they are kept in, how hot or cold the weather is etc. Also, please note, when ordering wholesale cut Garden Roses we do expect the customer to have experience & a certain skill level. Usk Valley Roses Ltd do not take responsibility for the conditioning of cut flowers or how long it takes for flower blooms to open once delivered.

Usk Valley Roses is a wholesale/trade only cut Rose supplier - if the customer has no experience in the conditioning, handling and timing of cut Garden Roses it is highly recommended that the customer considers not buying cut Garden Roses and, instead, considers buying Roses which have been specifically bred for cut flower use, from a good flower wholesaler or gets professional help from an experienced and qualified Florist.

Payment must be received before goods are shipped.  We will send you an invoice a week before despatch with full payment details.

Please note, when viewing images on our web site the colour, shade and clarity will depend on the screen quality of your computer or tablet device.

Fresh flowers/Roses are living things & as such the colour of the petals may vary from bunch to bunch & will not always be identical or similar to the images published on our web site - please note, as long as Usk Valley Roses have supplied the correct colour group, no refunds can be issued for colour variance.

When ordering White Rose varieties please note that "Nature doesn't grow a pure white rose."  The guard/outer petals and/or buds on our White/Cream roses all have a tint of either pink/peach/yellow.  If you are looking for Roses which are almost pure white then please visit your nearest Flower wholesaler as there are a number of commercially available roses that you may find appropriate.  Cut Garden Roses are bred differently and as such the colours do vary - sometimes even on the same plant.
