Roses are sold in bunches of 10 stems.

There is a minimum order value of £250 until a good trading history is established.  Please contact us for details.

Prices maybe subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery charge is £12.50 plus VAT for Next Day delivery within mainland UK (exclusions apply.)  Other delivery options are available please contact us for details.

Stem Length and Cutting Process

Our Roses are cut to have approx. 12" (30cm stem.)

After cutting we strip two thirds of the leaves off the stem from the bottom up.  We do not remove any thorns - doing so could damage the stem.  Roses are then bunched into 10s and are placed in our walk in flower fridge are are hydrated for at least 24 hours before despatch.

We cut our Roses to order and on a colour basis (rather than a specific variety.)  For example, if your event is on a Saturday we will cut Roses first thing Tuesday morning, hydrate them for at least 24hours, then despatch them on Wednesday for you to receive on Thursday.

Packaging

Our Roses are cut to order and are carefully handled and hydrated for at least 24 hours before despatch, as such we are unable to accept same day orders. Shortly before despatch each bunch of Roses is wrapped in Kraft paper and is carefully packaged with 'wet feet'.  We supply sachets of Cut Rose Flower Food with each bunch so that upon arrival you can hydrate the Roses properly.

Please note that we leave the outermost petals (guard petals) on each stem to help protect the Rose during transit.  These petals sometimes get wrinkled/damaged/crushed/bruised during the shipping process.  Simply remove the outermost petals upon arrival and your Rose will be perfect.

Care instructions are sent with each order.

Payment

Payment must be received before goods are shipped.  We will send you an invoice before despatch with full payment details.

We accept payment via bank transfer, cheque or PayPal.

Despatch Days

We suggest that you take receipt of the Roses 2-3 days before the event to allow for conditioning correctly and natural development of the Rose.   Please also consider your working environment (how warm is your studio, sunlight levels, humidity, do you have a flower cooler, etc) and also what the weather will be whilst you are preparing the flower for your event.

Each variety opens at a different rate so you need to take that into consideration.  If you do not have the expertise or experience in handling garden roses then please contact us for advice.  It is only advice - only you know your workspace and experience in handling plant material.  The decision on when to have delivery of the flowers is your choice.

Garden Roses are similar to Peonies, Lilies, Alstromeria etc - as the Florist you have to know how to get the flowers ready in time for your event.  We do not ship 'vase ready' flowers.

Please allow at least 24 hours conditioning before arranging.

Our Roses are shipped in bud or semi bud depending on the variety.  The outer/guard petals are often much darker in colour and of a thicker texture.  These outer/guard petals can be removed carefully before arranging.

Cancellations

All our Roses are cut to order approximately 24-36 hours before shipment.  If you need to cancel your order then please contact us at least 48 hours before your requested despatch date otherwise you will still be charged.
