1. About us Usk Valley Roses Ltd is a plant nursery based in Wales, United Kingdom. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our products We sell living plants. As with all living things, there is natural variation in size, shape, and appearance. Product images are representative — your plant may differ slightly in appearance whilst remaining true to variety description.

All plants are grown in the UK and dispatched in good health. We cannot guarantee performance once plants are in your care, as growing conditions, soil, climate, and aftercare vary considerably.

3. Ordering By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. You will be notified promptly and any payment refunded in full.

4. Pricing and payment All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, or seasonal factors outside our control. We do not dispatch on Fridays to avoid plants sitting in courier warehouses over the weekend. For full delivery information, please see our Delivery Information page.

6. Living plants and seasonal availability Bare root roses are only available November to March when the plants are dormant. Pre-orders placed outside this window will be dispatched when plants are ready. We will notify you of any significant delays.

We reserve the right to substitute a variety of equivalent value if your chosen plant becomes unavailable, or to offer a full refund.

7. Your consumer rights As a UK consumer you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to a 14-day cooling off period for online purchases. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your plants.

Plants are perishable goods. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

9. Limitation of liability Our liability to you is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect losses, including loss of profit or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

10. Governing law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
