Dispatch Information
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and Public Holidays), subject to availability and weather conditions.
- We do not dispatch on Fridays, to ensure plants are not left sitting in courier warehouses over the weekend.
- For specific delivery deadlines, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to help.
Delivery Costs
- Standard UK Mainland Delivery — £5.95 (3–5 working days)
- Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £75
- Next Day Delivery — £8.95 (in-stock items only; order by 10am). Not available with free delivery promotions. Pre-orders will ship on a next day service as soon as they're ready.

Delivered within 3–5 working days, all year round.
Bare Root Roses
- Pre-orders placed April–November: dispatched November/December
- Orders placed December–March: delivered within 3–5 working days
Bare root roses are only shipped November to March, when the plants are dormant. Dispatch dates may vary depending on weather conditions.
